Returns & Replacements

Know the key points about return, replacement and open-box delivery.

Return Window

Most products have a return or replacement window, typically ranging from 3 to 4 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the product must generally be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • For electronics (mobiles, laptops), screen locks must be disabled and the device formatted before return

Excluded / Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be returnable due to their nature, such as: some groceries, innerwear, or specific digital products.

Initiating a Return

You can raise a return request via the “My Orders” section in your Shopping Expart account.

Open Box Delivery (OBD)

For eligible orders, you can inspect the product in front of the delivery executive. If it is damaged, missing, or incorrect, you can reject it immediately and receive an on-the-spot refund for COD orders.
